Keep a practical application record
Open Files & tools → More tools → Job application tracker. Enter company, role, stage, optional job URL and follow-up date. Records remain in this browser. Editing and reversible trash are available.
Worked example
Record an application as Applied and set a follow-up date. Download its ICS calendar event and add it to your own calendar. DualDrafts does not send email or background notifications.
Portable backups
Use Records backup to download profiles and applications as JSON. Document drafts and invoice payments use the separate draft backup. Clearing browser storage or moving to a new domain requires export/import to keep data.
