Choose the file for its job
PDF: the editor displays this exact file. It preserves page layout and embeds the bundled licensed fonts. Review every page, then download and open the file before sending.
Word: editable paragraphs and tables. Page breaks may differ across Word, LibreOffice and installed fonts. Install the supplied Noto Sans, IBM Plex Sans Arabic and Amiri fonts for closer matching. Word fonts are not embedded.
Images: export pages as PNG or JPEG, individually or in a ZIP, up to 30 pages. Plain text and JSON: alternate data outputs; they are not designed visual documents.
Pagination checklist
Use A4 or US Letter, consistent margins, section spacing and page numbers. A section page break starts a new page. Keep short sections together is intended for blocks up to 800 characters; long content must flow. For very long résumés, a single-column design is the most predictable.
Printing
Download PDF and print from a PDF reader for predictable page bounds. Paper size, printer scaling and any browser-added URL/header/footer are controlled by the print application or browser. DualDrafts does not claim to control those settings.
Privacy & branding
Text, uploaded photos and records are processed locally. JSON backups are not encrypted. The optional DualDrafts mark is off by default, so your own work stays clean. The print preview and export contain the same chosen content.
